F-40 - Mixing device
F-40 is a fango-paraffin mass heating and mixing device, which is made of stainless steel. The device is equipped with a pilot for remote control, having an easy-to-read display with temperature control.

F-40 - Mixing device
The F-40 is a device for heating fango-paraffin mass for thermotherapy treatments and maintaining it at the desired temperature. The device consists of a container with a cover, under which, on the bottom and on the side, there are electric heating elements. The structure rests on a supporting frame placed on two legs, which are screwed to the working plate with four screws. The working plate can be the base of the mixer and the top of the thermometer type C-14, manufactured by Meden-Inmed. The fango mass mixer is equipped with an agitator that is automatically switched on every few minutes, which allows to maintain the temperature of the mass in the tank evenly and prevents its stratification. The outlet valve of the mixer is heated, which prevents the mass from freezing in the valve.
The F-40 device performs the following functions:
Automatic heating and maintaining the mass in semi-liquid form at the set temperature
Automatic periodic mixing of the mass, which prevents stratification of its components
Pouring the mass from the tank through a special valve without the need for a scoop
Sterilization of the fango or paraffin mass
Electronic controls allow programming of functions:
Heating: normal operation in the temperature range
Mixing: forced mixing of the mass (accelerated heating process of the added cold mass)
Sterilization: sterilization of the mass in the adopted temperature range
Start behind: delay the start of the device by a programmed number of hours

The mixer is attached to the worktop with four mounting screws through holes in the legs of the unit. The worktop can be ordered as an option:

How is the F-40 fango paraffin heater and mixer constructed?
The construction of the F-40 uses corrosion-resistant steel components, allowing it to be easily kept clean. The housing is made of pattern-rolled stainless steel sheet. All operating parameters are presented on a display located on the handheld remote control.
